CUSTOM SADDLES

All custom saddle orders are final sale. Because each saddle is built to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once the order has been placed.

deposits & order cancellations

A non-refundable deposit is required on all custom saddle orders. If an order is cancelled before the saddle is complete, only 50% of the purchase price will be refunded.

WARRANTY COVERAGE

• Saddle Trees: Covered by a lifetime warranty against defects.

• Leather: Covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery against defects in materials or craftsmanship.

If a saddle is found to have a mechanical defect or maker’s defect, it will be repaired at no cost to the customer. Normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by accident or neglect to the leather are not covered under this warranty past one year.
